Carlos-Raul Sanchez is a technologist with 32 years of experience in network, telecommunications, and critical infrastructure security. Carlos specializes in simplifying complex business problems with a pragmatic application of technology. With a wide range of experience ranging from US Air Force, DOD contractor, and O&G IT security, he is known for securing critical infrastructure worldwide. He spent 15 years leading teams securing oil fields in the United States and offshore assets Gulf of Mexico, Western Africa, Brazil, and South China Sea. Now with Fortinet, he is part of the Global Operational Technology Team providing solutions and education to companies seeking to improve their critical infrastructure security posture. When not traveling as part of his duties, Carlos is an avid motorsport enthusiast and windsurfer.



Christopher Blauvelt

Chris brings more than 10 years of cybersecurity and critical infrastructure experience working in the renewable energy industry. He was directly involved in the development, construction, and operations of wind and solar power plants and their high voltage systems. His work within the energy and utility industry has also afforded him experience in the development and maintenance of substation protection, automation, and control systems. Chris has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Clarkson University with thesis work in substation protection, automation, and control involving the IEC61850 family of protocols.

Radhika Chaturvedi is Director, OT Cybersecurity at GE’s Renewable Energy and works across the broader portfolio of Onshore and Offshore Wind businesses to develop and scale cybersecurity solutions that drive differentiation in Renewable Energy.

GE is one of the world’s leading suppliers of renewable energy technology with more than 400GW’s of installed capacity in 60+ countries around the world. With manufacturing and assembly facilities in the United States, Europe, Asia and South America, the company’s current renewable product portfolio includes onshore and offshore wind turbines and hydro products and services.

Prior to joining GE in 2019, Radhika led Product Management for Cybersecurity with Underwriters Laboratories (UL). As a Product Manager for UL, she developed and launched UL’s cybersecurity services for Energy, Oil and Gas, Industrial Automation and Automotive.

Radhika earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.

Richard Kerslake

David Kurk

David Kurk has worked globally for the past 15 years as a professional and highly sought after conference host and moderator of live events across a number of industry sectors.

David has appeared in numerous corporate films, hosted many live events including awards ceremonies, auctions and conferences, and has also worked on many projects as a voice over artist.

A French speaker, David is used regularly by the RFU for translation and liaison purposes. As well as regularly officiating in the Premiership, he officiated in the Commonwealth Games, the iRB U21 World Cup, The European Cup and the 2007 iRB Rugby World Cup qualifying competition and the Twickenham leg of the iRB World 7’s tournament since 2002.



Joseph Wolfgram

Joseph Wolfgram is a 30-year veteran of the IT industry. He established a software development company, led IT organizations for Higher Education and the Gates Foundation, and has served as Chief Technology Officer for multi-billion dollar healthcare systems for more than a decade.

Since retiring from the CTO office, he is traveling the United States in a motorhome with his wife, four cats, and a dog. He is a Professional Speaker, Event Host Moderator, and consults as a Strategic IT Advisor. Joseph holds degrees in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration, is master-certified as a Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP-p), Hypnotherapy (MCHt), and Executive Coaching.

Richard K. Peters

Since June of 2022, Mr. Peters has engaged decision makers as a global Executive Consultant for cyber matters relating to Information Technology and Operational Technology. In that capacity, he shares experience relating to technology, strategy, and trends that are key to cyber security investments and advancing defensive readiness.

Immediately prior, he served as the CISO for Operational Technology, North America for Fortinet Inc. delivering cybersecurity defense solutions and insights for the OT/ICS/SCADA critical infrastructure environments. For more than 4 years, he inspired growth of Fortinet’s penetration into the largest global OT marketspace. That charge entailed identifying and partnering to gain traction on existing OT business campaigns as well as targeting emerging customer opportunities.

Prior to joining Fortinet, he served the U.S. Intelligence Community for more than 37 years imparting cybersecurity and global partnering experience across foreign, domestic, and commercial industry sectors at the National Security Agency (NSA). He led development of cyber capability against Endpoint, Infrastructure, and Industrial Control System technologies at the agency.
While at NSA, he partnered as an executive leader enabling business maturity in the Information Assurance Directorate. Mr. Peters also served in a broad range of leadership and Engineering roles including Chief of Staff for the NSA Cyber Task Force and a 5-year forward liaison charged with directing integration of cyber and cryptologic solutions for U.S. Air Force Europe, Ramstein AFB, Germany.

Mr. Peters is recognized as a published OT Security thought leader and a frequent speaker at global industry events. He holds a BS in Electronics Engineering and an MS in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University.



Dee Kimata

As Global Director of Offer Management, Dee is responsible for the cybersecurity offer portfolio, ensuring that customer cybersecurity needs are met through Schneider Electric’s (SE) product/service packages and its partnerships with vendors. Prior to joining SE, Dee spent 3 years at ABB as the Global Product Manager for Cybersecurity managing the cybersecurity portfolio and driving the go-to-market strategy. Additionally, Dee spent 5 ½ years at General Electric and held several positions ranging from project management, IT governance and audit, and industrial cybersecurity technical program management. Following her time at GE, she worked as a cybersecurity strategy consultant at KPMG assisting clients to strengthen their cybersecurity posture through policy and standard development and implementation, gap assessments, remediation roadmaps, etc. Dee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Creighton University and an MBA from Rice University. With her business background and experience in technology, Dee is known for effectively finding the sweet spot between technology and driving business objectives.
